📦 2. How will I receive my product or service?

Once payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to start the process. Everything is delivered digitally and personally, within the delivery time stated in each product description.


3. What is the delivery time?

Each service has its own timeline, but most deliveries are made within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the service. Simple products like chatbot setup or image packs are usually delivered faster.


💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments (up to 12 installments), PIX (Brazil only), and bank slips (in some cases).
All transactions are secure and processed via Nuvemshop, Mercado Pago, or other integrated gateways.


📃 5. Will I receive an invoice?

Yes! All services include a digital invoice (NF-e) and service contract. You will receive these documents by email after your purchase is confirmed.
